Improvements of e-mail notifications concerning courses

As a step in improving and simplifying our course administration tool, we have made changes to our e-mail notifications. This is to ensure that reminders and other e-mails reach the right people.

• All administrators who can administer a user and their courses will receive e-mail messages for this user.
• This means that as an administrator you might get more emails than before, but this can be switched off by type of notification. See link at the bottom of the mailing.

As part of this, we have also removed the role of "manager" in the course administration as it does not fulfill any suitable function and caused some e-mail messages not to arrive correctly.

Weekdays 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Days before public holiday: 7.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Closed for lunch 12:00 to 1.00 PM
