The Delivery Contract Committee is responsible for development and updating of SSG’s supply contracts intended for procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of industrial plants and equipment. In their work on developing and updating supply contracts with international focus, its members are tasked with devising effective and appropriate standard terms and conditions for various industrial plant procurement procedure types, for both clients and suppliers.
Standardised solutions to common problems, more efficient procurement procedures and consistent terms and conditions that simplify matters for clients and suppliers alike are just some of the benefits created by this committee. Workgroups are put together if necessary in order to carry out more in-depth investigations in various fields. An insurance review has taken place over the last few years, along with an investigation of IT-related procurement procedures for industry.
