SSG Delivery Contract helps you with procurement, purchasing, construction, deployment and delivery of industrial plants.
Developed for and tailored to the process industry, the contract follows current EU legislation and regulations, and provides an excellent template for simplifying the procurement and purchasing process.
The idea is to create a standard contract that can help when conducting business in an industrial context that could otherwise be complex. Even simple purchases of goods can benefit from the use of SSG’s shorter general conditions. For purchases from foreign suppliers, the delivery contract is available in five languages: English, Swedish, Finnish, German and Polish.
New and revised contract documents available from Dec 7, 2012.
Extensive update!
The first version of the contract was issued back in 1975 and was drawn up with the help of experts in law, purchasing and technology. Revisions and updates are constantly made to reflect the latest industry conditions and to ensure that the contract complies with current EU Directives. New contracts are published approximately every two years. SSG’s Delivery Contract expert committee is dedicated to updating the contract and monitoring developments in the EU and in Swedish legislation on an ongoing basis. Underpinning the contract is a body of experts with broad experience in the subject, as a guarantee of high quality. The contract is recognised and used by large parts of the Swedish and European forestry, steel, nuclear and food industries, and by suppliers to industry when dealing with their own suppliers.
The contract is available in four versions:
-
